OH HI THEREDirty Thirty started off the second half of the season with a heated match up with the whitey cup allstars aka the rock aka panzers.
Most of you might think this game would be a blow out but little did you know that D30 went on the fredie workout for the 3 week break. "well after we ended the first half on a good note i wanted to let the team in on a little secret of mine...i mean you can have this bod like this, have wheels like me, and an 80% satisfaction rate with the ladies by doing nothing" said fredie. So after our post game party at dennys fredie handed out his workout to the team.

1. Always be ready to go out and have a few cocktails....Due to the holiday season and no one on D30 participating in the All star game this was accomplished by all
2. 8 - 10 meals a week have to be eaten at Darcy's cafe.....and 6 of the meals have to be the double darcy burger...........yummy
3. Bang the bigger girls that no one wants to because the weight of them gives you a better work out......I don't know how many D30 guys followed through with this but im sure a few did.....way to stick to the program boys!!!!
So with everyone coming into the game in great fredie shape we were able to battle and scratch are way to a 5-4 loss. The team played well and decker stepped it up again.
NOTE - D30 would have won the game if matt "i like to choke 9 times a night" bydal would have just buried the puck. "i suck, thats pretty much all i have to say about that game....I stuck to the fredie program all break....except number 3...so i felt great just couldn't bury the puck, i let my team down and thats just unacceptable" said bydal
MVP - Rosty and Quinn - it would have been decker but he has had if for 3 weeks so he wanted to get rid of it
